Training on the web now has everything the app has for building plans. Build a fitness or skill plan point-and-click from the exercise and drill library: search and filter, open any item to see how it’s done (video, steps, key points and coaching cues), set sets, reps and minutes, and spread exercises across your training days. You can also change the exercises in any plan you already have, let the plan wizard recommend a week, or browse the full library.
When you look at a plan in Discover or in the wizard’s recommended week, tap any exercise or drill to see how it’s done. When you adopt a plan you can name your copy and either start it now or save it as a draft to look over first, in the app and on the web. The plan builder in the app now has a search bar too.
The web portal has its own Analysis section. Drop in a clip, choose what to look at (skating, shooting and more), ask your coach a question and get observations, fixes, numbered cues and drills. Your remaining tokens are shown before you start, and every past analysis, from the app or the web, is saved with its clip so you can review it, run it again or delete it.
Pick a look for the web portal: Dark (the default), Light, Retro, High Contrast Dark or High Contrast Light. Choose from the palette button at the top of any page or in Settings → Appearance, and your choice follows you to every browser you sign in on. Toggle switches now show their state clearly with a filled track, a check mark and the knob position, and dropdown lists use full-strength text so every option is easy to read.
Video analysis and Coach AI run on Rork ToolkitAI, in the app and on the web. Every analysis counts toward your monthly token allowance the same way.
Sign in at icepulsefit.com/app for everything on a big screen: every session with shifts, heart-rate zones and comparisons; Trends with drill-downs for every metric and honest correlations; training plans, logging and gear; Coach’s Corner, groups and consent; the complete coach workspace; and every setting and your profile.
Join your team, a training cohort, friends, a clinic or an off-season group with a link, QR code or group code. Before you join you'll see "Share with Group <name>, operated by <owner>" and choose exactly what the coaches can see: ice sessions, heart-rate and fitness, training logs, clips. Your session notes are never shared. Change or withdraw sharing any time from My Groups; every change is recorded.
New players who join through a group invitation get a regular account with no surprise trial and no App Store purchase. Existing players join with their current account and keep everything: history, trial, subscription and other groups.
Coaches go from groups to players to sessions and training. You get filters, side-by-side comparisons, completion and participation, check-ins, staff-only or player-visible notes, and baseline tagging. Authorized staff can correct goals, assists, +/- and scores (every change is logged); nobody can edit sensor data. Also available on the web at icepulsefit.com/coach with CSV export.
A balanced default scorecard (effort, efficiency, fitness, VO₂, speed, bursts, points, +/-, adherence, skill benchmarks) with sliders that update instantly. Missing data is never counted as zero, and every score shows its data confidence. Preset alerts flag incomplete assignments, falling participation, missing data, benchmark changes and players who need a follow-up.
Coaches publish rich notes that appear on Pulse as "Message from Coach <name>", personalised for each player with details like their first name or top speed from the data they share. Everything lands in Coach's Corner, a searchable inbox with read/unread and archive. Players can report an injury or sickness to the staff they choose, who must record what they did before closing it.
Train now opens on today's combined schedule. A short wizard (up to 3 goals, your days, minutes, equipment, hockey schedule, experience and constraints) previews a full week, including rest. If your goals don't fit your time, it explains why and offers choices; it never shrinks drills into something useless. Discover has curated and community plans with the IcePulse heart-and-stick reaction, saves and creator credit. Adapting a plan makes your own copy, and credit carries through every remix. Coaches assign versioned plans and choose who gets each update.
Send clips of up to 30 seconds, with notes, to the staff you've allowed. They can leave timestamped comments, and coaches with Coach AI can analyze the clip without another upload.
A "Next milestone" card celebrates consistency, comebacks, finished programs and beating your own baseline. Scheduled recovery counts as success, and IcePulse never rewards max heart rate or overtraining. Private individual or team challenges show clear rules before you join and label watch-verified versus self-reported activity.
Share Pulse, sessions, analysis results, plans, Trends and coach reports as a clean branded image. You get a preview and privacy switches, and heart rate is off unless you turn it on. Private notes, location and hidden fields are never included.
Coaches with a Coach subscription will be able to ask questions about their group. Answers draw only on data players chose to share, separate measured evidence from general hockey knowledge, and describe associations, not causes. Coach AI is never inherited by assistants, trainers or players. It switches on with the Coach subscription.
Follows, feeds, group discussion, creator profiles with verified credentials, and referral rewards are on the way. Community features are 13+ only, and no coach or group setting can override that. They'll open after guardian-consent and safety reviews.
Your trial or subscription status updates the moment you sign in, return to the app, or reach a trial or cycle boundary. A status the app couldn't confirm is labelled clearly instead of looking like a lock.
